Nan is a dedicated full-time real estate professional. A USC graduate, Nan is in her 29th year in real estate. She has received many honors and awards. Nan has been with Coldwell Banker Vinson Chase for over 27 years (the longest term held by a woman in the company) and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), held by less than 5% of realtors nationwide. Nan also has the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation for those over 50 years of age.
A native Modestan, Nan´s knowledge of the community benefits her buyers and sellers alike. She is very dependable and gets right back to her clients to answer their questions. Nan has two children and three grandchildren. Her hobby is golf with 3 holes-in-one! Her motto is “Winter is there for you — for all seasons!” She believes that her clients are always #1.
