I'm a native of Modesto and returned to my roots after a successful career with Procter & Gamble, El Grande Corporation and finally my own company GlobusTec Inc., a Design/Build Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am a licensed Professional Engineer with a B.S.M.E. from Fresno State University and in 1991 received my MBA from University of San Francisco. After graduating, I was employed by Procter & Gamble for 21 years where I enjoyed working locally and abroad.

Now, I'm your local professional in Modesto, California. Honesty and knowledge speaks for itself. Collectively, I possess an understanding of what works, what doesn't and why. My goal is to give you the client total "PEACE OF MIND" about Buying or Selling your property and the confidence felt when working with the best.

Many of my clients are individuals and companies that have properties within our market location. I provide Real Estate Services for many banking institutions and occasionally provide this service for the United State Bankruptcy Courts in Fresno, Monterey, and Stanislaus County. All of them have placed their confidence in me for my due diligence, and diverse experience. Most importantly, I truly value my clients, and make every effort to understand their individual needs and schedules. Lastly, I am a active member of the Central Valley Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors also.

I provide my services in Stanislaus, Merced, and San Joaquin County. The most populated and largest major cities within Stanislaus County are; Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, Salida and Patterson. In Merced County it's Merced, Atwater, and Gustine. In San Joaquin County it's Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Tracy, and Ripon.
