Fred was born in San Francisco, CA 1947 but raised in Sebastopol, CA (Sonoma County) Fred holds a Backelor of Arts degree from Long Beach State University in economics. Having 33 plus years experience as a realtor in our local market place, Fred has a vast array of real estate experience. Fred has served as the president of the Modesto Association of Realtors and served on their Board of Directors, served as a State Director for the California Association of Realtors. Fred has also been the President of the Oakdale Council of Realtors. Fred has has ample experience in not only residential sales but also commercial leasing and sales, and has done land and commercial development for his own real estate portfolio as well as for his client's. Fred has been active in many areas of real estate sales, leasing and development. Initially in homes, high end country estates and building sites. For the last 20+years Fred has expanded and specialized in commercial, industrial and ranch sales, leasing and development.
